App License & Product Use

App license

RigCare’s App Store license uses Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. Read that agreement for the license terms. The sections below explain the product’s current behavior and limitations.

Maintenance guidance

Equipment answers select potentially relevant maintenance tasks; they do not identify your exact vehicle specification, serial number, modifications or operating conditions. Sources may describe particular models or regions. Read each task’s applicability note and your own vehicle, chassis and component manuals.

Some tasks have suggested intervals. Others are reminders to consult a manual or record work after an event, with no universal schedule. The suggested seasonal dates are starting points that you can change for your climate and storage plans. Changing a target date does not rewrite saved completion years or skip an unfinished older season. Reminders do not predict local weather. Checklists are starting points, not a complete service procedure or a safety inspection.

A completed checkbox or service record does not certify that a vehicle is safe. Use qualified service help when a task or condition requires it.

Data, sync and backups

Records are stored on the device. Optional iCloud sync keeps participating devices in step and can propagate deletions; it is not a substitute for a separate backup. Backup export is available without Pro. Keep an exported copy before changing devices or iCloud settings, and protect it as you would the records it contains.

RigCare creates a recovery snapshot before changing its sync setting. This snapshot is stored with the app, so it is not a replacement for a copy saved elsewhere. Storage failures, interrupted syncing and changes to device or account settings can affect data availability.

Purchases

Pro offers monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions with the same features. Availability, price, billing period and any offer are shown by the App Store before purchase. Manage an active subscription in Apple’s subscription settings; purchase and refund processing is handled by Apple.
